Credit card and PayPal policies and regulations apply. Seller’s credit card processors require certain security procedures when accepting online or telephone orders. Customer agrees to provide authorization of purchase and proof of credit card possession. A government issued identification will be required as a precaution against fraudulent credit card usage. Customer provided information will be destroyed after credit approval and receipt of payment by Seller.
We want you to be satisfied with our service and merchandise. All of our items carry a money back guarantee as long as they are returned in the same condition as received within the return period. If you do not wish to keep the item you ordered, you must return it within 3 days (from date of delivery receipt).
All returns must be pre-authorized with an RMA number.
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) may be obtained by sending us an Email or Fax advising us of your order number and reason for return. Goods returned without an RMA will be routinely rejected at our receiving dock.
RMA Return shipments are made at your expense. You will receive a refund of the purchase price for returns made in accordance with our policy. (You receive full credit for merchandise, but not the shipping costs). If you return merchandise that originally qualified for free shipping, you will be credited the purchase price less the shipping/insurance/handling costs incurred on the original shipment. Items held longer than 3 days from date of receipt may not be subject to return. Please Note: Goods to be returned must be treated carefully and returned in original condition, i.e. not left on floor, walked upon, used in any way, exposed to animals, etc. Goods returned in used condition or contrary to terms herein are subject at seller’s sole discretion to: cleaning charges, restocking fees or non-acceptance for return.
Purchaser is responsible for shipping, handling and insurance charges for all goods sent and agrees to pre-pay all charges for return of merchandise. Returned goods must be carefully and securely packed with clean packing material. Customer must insure return shipment for full invoiced value of each item returned. Customer is required to provide a tracking number/receipt for any return shipment immediately upon release to carrier. Items returned in damaged or used condition and special order items will not be returnable.
Damage to shipments
If you receive an item damaged in shipment, we will use our best effort to replace with the same item at no additional cost to you.
If an item arrives in visibly damaged condition, you should reject the package and advise us. If you notice damage after receipt, you must advise the carrier of the damage and notify us immediately. All packaging must be saved and the damaged item photographed. We need this information to properly file a claim with the carrier. If too much time passes and the problem is not reported, we will not be able to file a claim. Accordingly, we will not be able to provide you with a replacement and it will be impossible to collect insurance or provide a refund. All claims must be reported within 3 days of the delivery date.
Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification via email and/or fax will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing.
